Pacquiao vs De La Hoya Update: Manny Pacquiao visited wounded soldiers at the Armed Forces Medical Center before leaving for his USA training. He went to the Heroes’ Ward where 66 wounded soldiers are confined because of the recent fighting in the southern Philippines.

Manny Pacquiao said he inspired by the soldiers will, as he prepares for his fight with Oscar Dela Hoya. Pacquiao also said that he is confident for the upcoming fight.

When asked about the trainer Dela Hoya (the same person who trained Juan Manuel Marquez), Manny Pacquiao answered:

"There’s no problem, that’s great. His coach is good so we’ll be able to give a good fight. Maybe speed is important, we’ll focus on that. Speed, footwork and head movement."
